About
Substance over spectacle.
I'm Mohammad, a Computer Science student at the German Jordanian University. I build RAG systems, and I've learned where the real work is: the model is the easy part — retrieval quality is what makes or breaks it. So that's where I spend my time. I build scrapers and data pipelines, decide what goes into each embedding, and run the evaluation loop that tells you whether the answers are actually good. Outside AI, I've co-built a website that a real company runs on today. Right now I'm looking for an AI engineering internship.

ChatGJU — Multilingual RAG chatbot
German Jordanian University
Coordinated a five-person team and owned the data and retrieval-quality layer. Deployed, tested, and presented to the GJU co-president.

Co-built the live bilingual website of a vehicle-inspection company in Jordan. Still in use by the business today.

Field Training — Polaris
Mendix low-code platform
One month. Earned the Mendix certificate in week one, then rebuilt an enterprise app as the training task and built an OpenAI-powered CV-scoring feature into it.

GJUEvents — Android events app
German Jordanian University
Built the authentication system in a six-person team: Firebase Auth, roles, email verification, university-domain sign-up. Designed the login and register screens.
